It's a tune called "Je Danse le Mia" meaning "I dance the Mia dance".
The second video is from french artist Disiz La Peste with his song "J'pète les plombs" meaning "I go berserk". The storyboard was based on "Falling down" a 1993 action/crime film starring Michael Douglas.
