Sport: "The perfect diet" by Dr. Jonny Bowden



I started to eat fresh foods, fruits & vegetables awhile ago and I'm already feeling the difference. My strength and fitness has increased. I exercise four days a week. When it gets cold outside, I prefer to go to the gym and go swimming (one superb full body workout). I simply eat less carbs and drink a lot of water (3liters a day) and try (:D) to go earlier to bed. It's hard to do that as an artist. My creativity usually starts around 11pm lol
